Change of Booking
Any change to hotel/accommodation reservations must be given in writing to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel.

How to book your Accommodation
Please indicate on the registration form your accommodation requirements. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of Registration form.

Payment of one nights accommodation is required to confirm your booking. Accommodation accounts to be settled by the delegate on site directly with the venue.

Deadlines
The hotels impose strict cut off dates of 30 days prior to arrival; therefore any bookings made after Monday 14 May will be on request basis only.

For cancellations of reservations within 30 days of arrival, a fee of the first night’s accommodation will apply. Any amendments to your original accommodation booking must be forwarded in writing to the Conference Managers.

Early arrival or late departure
Please note that the check in time for the accommodation venues is from 2.00pm. Please indicate or notify the Conference Managers in writing if you will be arriving early, as it may require you to pre-register the night before to guarantee immediate access to your accommodation room.

Please also indicate or notify the conference organisers in writing if you will arrive at your accommodation after 6.00pm, as failure to do so may mean your room will be released.

Special Requirements
If you have any special requirements (eg. dietary or for a disability), please indicate your requirements on your registration form so arrangements can be made on your behalf to ensure your needs are met.
