How to Register
Application for registration can be made on line at or via the registration brochure.

Online registration may be paid by credit card or you can request an invoice to be forwarded.

Advance registration for all participants is essential. Registrations can only be accepted on receipt of a completed registration form (on-line or hardcopy).

Acknowledgment of registration details will be sent soon after receipt of your registration form and payment. On receipt of your confirmation letter, please check all items carefully. Any errors or alterations need to be made in writing to the Conference Managers as quickly as possible.


Registration Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Managers, prior to Friday 18 May 2007 will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Managers.
